What is real estate co-investment?

At BestAI, each project is structured through a Limited Company: you join as a partner, you own your portion of the property, and you share in the profits in proportion to your investment.

One Limited Company per project; each partner formalizes their entry before a notary.

Our team of architects and interior designers elevates the property's value with a designer renovation.

We operate and sell
We put the property into operation and, after that exploitation, we sell it. Within approximately 12 months, we distribute the capital gains according to each partner's stake.

In crowdfunding, hundreds or thousands of small investors come together on an online platform, starting from €100 or €500, without knowing the details of the operation and without owning any specific property: they only have a share within a pool. Co-investment is the opposite: a small group buys a specific property through a Limited Company. You know exactly where your money is, you join as a partner with your share of the asset, and you participate in an operation you can see and touch.
Is real estate co-investment legal in Spain?
Yes. Each operation is structured as a Limited Company established before a notary, with full legal validity and your participation registered.
How are the profits from real estate co-investment taxed?
Taxation depends on the structure of each project. We explain how it is declared before you invest and recommend you review it with your tax advisor.
Can I get my money back before the project ends?
It is a term investment, usually 12 months. It is not liquid money like an account, but we explain the exit options for each operation.
Can I co-invest if I live outside Spain?
