The BestAI Model

BestAI is a real estate investment club specializing in luxury properties, with a team boasting over 25 years of experience in the real estate and financial sectors. We make opportunities previously reserved for high-net-worth individuals accessible to entrepreneurs and investors.

We bring together a small, personalized group of investors —co-investment or club deal— to buy, renovate, and sell premium properties below market value in Madrid, Costa del Sol, Malaga, Marbella, and Barcelona.

Each project is formalized before a notary: you own your share of the asset, and we invest our own capital in every operation.

We also buy luxury homes for cash, in any condition and without commissions.

We prefer a few well-chosen operations over many standard ones. We spend more time rejecting than buying: a powerful opportunity only makes the cut when the numbers add up from day one.
